1. General Terms and Conditions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and xbajeee ("we", "our", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any service on the xbajeee platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please immediately stop using our platform and close your account.

Xbajeee is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a Curacao eGaming license. Our platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or older who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under their local laws. 2. Account Registration and Use

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number. Providing false or incorrect information may result in account suspension or closure and any winnings may be forfeited. • One person one account: Each individual may create and maintain only one xbajeee account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Account security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information. You will be liable for all activity that occurs on your account.
• Identity verification: xbajeee may request identity verification documents at any time such as ID card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide documents may result in withdrawal suspension.
• Account suspension: xbajeee reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at any time for any reason or without reason, especially if there is suspicion of rule violation, fraud, or abuse.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

All financial transactions must be made in the player's own name - third-party payments are not accepted. Deposits are typically processed instantly while withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours after verification and security checks are complete. 9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any dispute arising between xbajeee and the player will first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may submit a complaint to an independent ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service. All parties agree to work in good faith toward a swift resolution. Legal proceedings will only be considered as a last resort and will be subject to the jurisdiction of Curacao.

If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, only that part will be amended or removed and the remaining terms will remain in full effect. xbajeee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website.
